Owen has worked in Organic agriculture, especially certification, in the Asia Pacific region for over 20 years. He recently ran a regenerative beef cattle ranch in Australia, before moving to El Salvador to start Beef Back Better - a local, grass fed, additive free beef distributor focusing on encouraging better farming methods, better food, and the bitcoin circular economy.
