Ryan is a intercultural communication expert who trained at the IDR Institute in Milan under the world leading “intercultural consciousness” theorist and scholar. He has consulted and coached on the topics of communication and cultural adaptation, and is co-host of the podcast Dealing with Differences. He was the third bitcoiner ever to visit El Zonte (before the Bitcoin law passed) and has spent 10 months in El Salvador since that time. He has also lived in Hawaii, the Philippines, and across the mainland US, learning about cultural difference first hand. He is a family man, bodyboarder, capoeirista, and bitcoin/health maximalist.
